Exchanges

A request and reason for exchange, for a full priced item, must be notified to Andrea Yasmin within 7 days of purchase by emailing andrea@andreayasmin.com.au

Exchangeable goods must be approved for return.

Exchange of sizes in the same style is not a problem so long as an alternative size is available.

Returned goods must have swing tags still attached, must not have been worn and must be in the condition they were received in.

The goods are to be received within 7 working days of the purchase date.

The original invoice as proof of purchase to be included.

Alternatively we will provide you with a refund at our discretion for items that:

are faulty (unless caused by you)

are different to the goods ordered. Your correct size is not available.

Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund.

Returns received after the 7 day period will not be accepted.  If a refund is approved, then a refund will be issued.  We do not refund shipping charges.
